You've had our Endless meads; their big, bold, fruity, waterless meads that are the truest expression of the fruit and honey we can imagine....but unless you were a member, you probably haven't had our Barrel-Aged Endless meads!

We take the best meads we can make, put them in amazing barrels, and then finish them off with extravagant treatments, just for our members!

• Note: The barrel-aged meads are aged during the membership period, and we sample the meads periodically to determine when they have reached the point where the barrel has imparted the best character. Not long enough, and it doesnt reach its full potential, too long and the fruit character starts to degrade. Due to this process, the release schedule for bottles is not known in advance, but ALL bottles will be released during the 1-year membership peiod.

• This is the perfect solution for members that don't need their bottles right away, want to save on shipping, or come down to visit and want to pick them up in person.
• We will provide temperature controlled storage for all your bottles for the duration of the membership so you can pick up everything ordered when you visit, or decide to have everthing shipped together.
• This perk also allows you to combine multiple orders into a single shipment on demand. (members that shipped whenever they hit 6-12 bottles saved x2-x4 times the cost of the perk on shipping alone).

This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining pears, dark local honey, and even more pears. It was then aged in a bourbon barrel, and then finally infused with toasted hazelnuts. The result is reminiscent of a decadent poached pear tart.

This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining 1400 pounds of ripe Cavendish bananas with caramlized honey, then aging it on 600 pounds of dried Mysore bananas. It was then aged in a 12yr 1792 barrel for 12 months.

• 40% Endless Blackberry aged in a Buffalo Trace barrel for 11 months
• 40% Endless Black Currant aged in a Blanton's barrel for 11 months

This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining Florida Gallberry Honey, Michigan Northern Spy and McIntosh Apples, then aging it on Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Korintje & Ceylon Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Grains of Paradise. It was then aged in an Amburana barrel, followed by a Bourbon Barrel for 6+ Months.

This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining 1800 pounds of Kotata Blackberries and hyper-local honey from the Little Econ River. It was then aged in a blackberry brandy barrel that was filled with a whole barrel's surface worth of new French Oak!

Caramelized Honey Mead with Raw Coconut, Toasted Cacao Nibs, and Vanilla Beans. Aged in a Coconut Rum Barrel for 9 Months.

Florida Orange Blossom Mead with Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Aged in a Grand Marnier Barrel for 9 Months.

This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining 1800 pounds of polish Black Currants and hyper-local honey from the Little Econ River. It was then aged a Gin barrel for 6 months, and finished on incredibly rare Pompona Vanilla Beans + Cook Island Vanilla Beans!

This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining Black Currants, Blackberries, Boysenberries, Blueberries, with Blackberry Blossom Honey. It was then finished with our Cheesecake Treatment! (Real Cream Cheese + Heavy Vanilla Beans).

Plus, we doubled the amount of Madgasgar Vanilla Beans we normally use to end Year::02 in style!
