Endless Blueberry (2026) | Anniversary Bottle #1

• Our very first Endless Mead is back! Made from 2000 lbs of PNW premium blueberries and very special local Gallberry Blossom honey from Geneva, FL!
• A rich, deep dark purple mead with all the complexities of blueberries: Sweet and Tart, Floral and Tannic, combined with the buttery-sweet molasses-like Gallberry honey. Perfectly balanced, super fruity, and will easily improve with age for the next few decades.
• Fun fact for fruit nerds: These blueberries were over 18 brix!!

Endless Blueberry (2022) | Vintage Keg

• Awarded a 92 point score by Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon
• This is the last keg in existence, saved for this special occasion.
• Experience the beauty of our aged mead by having it side by side with the newest batch.

Endless Blueberry Cashew | Anniversary Bottle #2

• Endless Blueberry on 500 pounds of cashews to infuse rich, buttery, nuttiness into the mead for an unforgettable experience.
• (Not so) Fun Fact! Nearly 50% of the mead was absorbed by the cashews!

Vis Vitalis | Anniversary Bottle #3

• Our very first wild / sour blueberry mead is wonderfully tart, refreshing and layered with complexity, made from refermenting the Endless Blueberry's blueberries!
• Once Endless Blueberry was done fermenting, we pressed all the mead out of the 2000 lbs of the berries, and put them back into a fermenter with French Oak, and just enough honey + water to get a 5% ABV mead! It was then allowed to naturally ferment with the native yeast, undergo a lacto-fermentation, and benefit from an extended skin contact of over two months!

Our Triptych Nectar series showcases the complex layers and depth of flavor imparted from select third-use barrels.

• We picked up some very wet stout barrels from our friends at Angry Chair Brewing back in February and filled them with a special Bochet! (Caramelized Black Mangrove Blossom Honey)

Triptych Nectar: Angry Angel | Anniversary Bottle #4

• This Snow Angel stout barrel previously held Apple Brandy. The result is a mead-stout hybrid with beautiful barrel-aged and apple brandy notes, it perfectly showcases everything we love about this series.
• A collaboration with Angry Chair Brewing (Tampa, FL)

Triptych Nectar: Angry Trail | Anniversary Bottle #5

• This Adjunct Trail stout barrel previously held Double Oaked Bourbon, we then gave the barrel-aged mead the Adjunct Trail treatment! Which was 100 pounds of toasted coconut and hazelnut coffee! The resulting mead is a category unto itself, this is a “pastry mead”, truly a decadent liquid dessert.
• (Not so) Fun Fact! Over 25% of the mead was absorbed by the coconut!
• A collaboration with Angry Chair Brewing (Tampa, FL)

Icy Manipulator | *VIP Flight Only*

• Caramelized Local Honey Mead, aged in a Coconut Rum barrel for 9 months, then aged on 100 pounds of Toasted Coconut, Toasted Cacao Nibs, and Mexican Vanilla Beans.

Dream Mead 014: Endless Karma | *VIP Flight Only*

• “Double Barrel-Aged Endless Raspberry Double Cheesecake”
• Raspberry Black Raspberry Raspberry Blossom Mead with Raspberries, 2x Cream Cheese, 2x Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Ugandan Vanilla Beans. Aged in a Blanton's Bourbon Barrel for 3 months, then a 1792 Bourbon Barrel for 3 months.
